Finding the Perfect Home in Roseville
As a real estate agent specializing in the Sierra Foothills, I am excited to share the journey of helping Keith find his dream home in Roseville, Placer County. Although because of his job he could not get all the way up to the Sierra Foothills, I was honored to help him down the hill secure a great deal. Keith reached out to me with a clear vision: a good buy in a great neighborhood, closer to work, and within his budget. Together, we embarked on a search, touring several homes in the area.
The Search for the Right Property
Finding the right property wasn’t easy. Keith was determined not to overpay and to secure a home in a community that felt safe and welcoming. After a few viewings, we discovered a lovely house in a gated community that seemed perfect. Unfortunately, our offer didn’t make it in time, and the house went pending with another buyer.
Persistence Pays Off
But the story didn’t end there. We continued our search, keeping an eye on that special property. Our persistence paid off when the home came back on the market; the previous buyer had backed out. This time, Keith was able to secure the property at an excellent price much lower than the asking price.
Navigating Challenges During Inspections
During the inspections, we uncovered some extensive roof maintenance issues. We negotiated additional credits towards Keith’s closing costs to help offset the necessary repairs. Despite a few last-minute hiccups, we navigated through the challenges and closed the deal a week ahead of schedule. From start to finish, the entire escrow process took just 22 days!
Celebrating a Successful Closing
Now, Keith is getting the roof repairs done and settling into his new home. I am grateful for his trust in me throughout this journey.
